Hiring a professional photographer to capture your treasured memories is an investment – one you will always appreciate. Due to my busy schedule, please book me one month ahead of time for your photo sessions (6 months for weddings).
Every single image from your session is edited with time and care. Every single photo is retouched through professional editing programs and is treated like a piece of valued art. Please allow at least two to three weeks (1-2 months for weddings) for your gallery to be completed, and until you are able to view your edited photos online.
When a photography session is booked, an invoice will be emailed to you. You will have up to 48 hours to complete the payment or your date will become available for other clients. The retainer fee is non-refundable.
There is no hidden fee, no surprise fee with Q.Q. Jade Photography LLC! We have one package for each special occasion and you will get it all!
All photo session fees are paid in two installments, a non-refundable retainer fee* and a package fee**. The first is due at the time of schedule, and the 2nd due at the time of the photoshoot.
*Retainer fee (includes my travel, time, and talent) is due in 48 hours after you choose the date.
**Package fee is due on the day of our photoshoot.
You will receive the three products below for all photo sessions.
- Online gallery/store for convenient viewing/purchase of your files.
- ALL(images of your choice) of the edited, high-resolution digital negatives from our shoot! Free to download from my online gallery.

- A print release (you own the copyright for personal use ONLY).
Headshot Session Total: $300
Non-refundable retainer fee: $100
Package Fee: $200
- 15-30 minutes of on-location photography.
- 1-2 outfits and 1 location.
- 5-10 images of your choice for professional processing.
Family, Engagement, Maternity, and Other Creative Session Total: $700
Non-refundable retainer fee: $300
Package Fee: $400
- 45-60 minutes of on-location photography.
- 1-2 outfits and 1 location.
- 35-50 images of your choice for professional processing.
- Up to 5 people for family sessions, contact me for rates for extra people.
Senior Session Total: $1200
Non-refundable retainer fee: $500
Package Fee: $700
- 2-3 hours of on-location photography.
- 2-3 outfits and locations.
- 75-100 images of your choice for professional processing.
- 4x6 High-Quality Fine Art Print of each image in boutique packaging.
- I offer a FREE family session within the senior session. I know many families have not had family photos done in years and many high school seniors are going far away for college. It’s my special gift to you. Let’s capture some memories that will last a lifetime :)
Wedding Session Total: $6,000
