All clients have up to two days to complete the payment for retainer fee or their date will become available for other clients. Retainer fees are not refundable.

Session date will be transfer to a later date if there is an emergency cancellation (illness, weather, accident, etc. )

Q.Q. Jade Photography, LLC© is not responsible for any accident that happens before, during, or after the photoshoot session.

Q.Q. Jade Photography, LLC© owns all copyright to the photos. Clients have the right to personal usage for the photos only! Unless stated otherwise.

In exchange for consideration received, you hereby give permission to [QiaoQiao Jade Bi©] to use your name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes. Unless stated otherwise.

Please download and back up the files as soon as Q.Q. Jade Photography, LLC© gives you the link to your online gallery. Q.Q. Jade Photography, LLC© is not responsible if you lose your files later.

Additional Pricing Information:

Prices vary based on the number of people included in a session. An additional fee will be charged for those requesting photograph locations outside the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas based on mileage. All prices above are subject to NM tax.

Artistic Reservation Policy:

Q.Q. Jade Photography, LLC© reserve the right to edit and release only those images deemed credible as professional in quality and within the Photographers' artistic standards. Images are selected and edited at Photographer's discretion. You are not allowed to re-edit any image in any way!
